I’m an interactive developer with over 7 years of agency contracted front-end experience.
My expertise lies in fast, clean, reliable code that brings pixel perfect designs to the web.
With a focus on complex animations and interactive elements, I provides both end-to-end web support for small companies or can work as part of a larger team as a front-end developer.
I graduated in 2012 from Emerson College, where I earned a degree in interactive media with a minor in political communications. Starting in college I began pursuing freelance and independent projects ranging from video production to web design and development. Upon graduation I started Immerge Interactive and began working with a variety of agencies in the Philadelphia area as a contracted web developer.
From a young age I have been drawn towards the arts. I truly began to create my own work when I discovered live visuals, creative coding and data visualization. For the last ten years I have been experimenting with creative coding as an opportunity to create my own work focused around real-time graphics and interactivity.

Medecision Infographic Experience
Custom experience, Wordpress integration
The Medecision "Addressing Social Determinants of Health" infographic experience is an interactive page insert into an existing Wordpress website. Originally the infographic had been designed for print, the team presented the desire to animate and create an interactive experience that could be inserted alongside their existing content. This fully responsive infographic features dynamic sections, loading animations and parallax scroll effects. Without augmenting the existing theme, the section was integrated into an existing page with advanced custom fields to manage the content.

Elements Landing Page
Built for speed
Immerge Elements are custom built interactive video and lighting components for stages and public spaces. As part of a social advertising campaign this landing page was built to provide more information and generate leads alongside social posts. With a highly mobile audience speed was a major concern, responsive images and lazy loading provide the fastest page speed possible while still showing off the product with large high-resolution images.

CSS Grid Experiment
I took the opportunity while building out a new online resume to experiment with CSS Grid. The page utilizes CSS Grid to evenly space and resize the various resume components across all resolutions. Some light animation was added to highlight various elements and create a more dynamic experience.

Highly responsive, highly animated
In an effort to highlight the dynamic and interactive work done by Immerge, this single page website was build with lots of animation. The site also dynamically resizes components and modals for a full responsive layout that is more experimental than your average site. This includes animated icons, page transitions and lazy load image galleries.

She’s Red Haute
Fast clean Wordpress
She’s Red Haute is a rapidly growing fashion blog targeted specifically for redheads. As an active blog, a fast clean Wordpress foundation with flexible easy to use templates was created. This allows for quick posts that dynamically displayed large imagery and linked products to stores and affiliates. Utilizing custom fields and dynamic styling, each page provides a constant layout that is quick to add and edit posts on the go.

White Horse Village Generator Project
Interactive project guide
As part of a year long construction project, this online interactive guide displays months of imagery and video collected during the construction of White Horse Village’s 1 megawatt generator. To educate both the residents and potential clients, this page was built out for Advanced Electric to provide a step by step walk through of the process including over 10 galleries, custom google maps and other interactive content. Dynamic javascript expands and re-centers the galleries to create a timeline effect that is also dynamically responsive for all resolutions.
