Interactive Installation

A motion based interactive installation, Lumens occupied the lobby of the Emerson College Little Building for three weeks in late 2012. Using image tracking, Arduino electronics and custom designed and built LED light tubes the installation created a dynamic light show for the Emerson community.

Each tube is 4ft long and contains six RGB pixel LEDs which display predesigned animations as well as motion based animations as people travel through the main hall.
