AESG - White Horse Village Substation
Construction Documentation Package
Advanced Electrical Services Group Inc. recently completed the construction of a generator protected substation at White Horse Village retirement community. Throughout the process I was onsite to document the various stages of the project. During the actual construction of the project, weekly packages were prepared for AESG that include videography and images both for technical reference as well as publishing and advertisements.
Upon completion, over 10,000 images and video clips were collated into a full multi-media portfolio to showcase the project across web, video and print formats. See below for details on the various deliverables from the project.
Splash Page
The splash page was designed to both function as a sales tool as well as a complete overview of the project from planning through final commissioning. Here all the various videos, virtual tours, diagrams, maps and photography are easily explored as the visitor clicks through the different phases of the project.
Virtual Tour
This virtual tour acts both as a complete overview of the project as well as a tool to educate the community about their new substation and generator. The video recaps the construction, explores the different components of the substation and completes with a virtual power outage.
Photo Books
As an added bonus at the end of the project a photo book was laid out to summarize and showcase some of the best images captured along the way.
Progress Videos
Throughout the project progress videos were created to share status updates with the residents of the White Horse Village and the various teams associated with the project.
